This policy explains how Palm ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit palmrevenue.com, email us or book a call. Palm is a trading name of Palm Revenue Ltd, registered in England and Wales. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything else you include when you email us or book a call. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which processes the details you enter on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and any answers you give, and use them to prepare for and hold the call.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, run the call, provide any services you buy from us and keep proper business records. Our legal basis is your request to hear from us (legitimate interests) and, if you become a client, our contract with you. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our email, calendar and accounting software providers, and our professional advisers. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after work ends, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
